Aaron Lamberty

Originally from South Dakota, Aaron earned his bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota before moving to Wisconsin in 2012. Since graduating from Marquette Law School in 2015, he has dedicated himself to the practice of family law in Wisconsin. 

Throughout that time, Aaron has experienced almost every side of Wisconsin’s family law system. He has represented the State of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Judiciary, and private clients. Before representing private clients, Aaron worked as a litigation attorney for the Racine county Child Support Services and as the Deputy Family Court Commissioner ruling on a variety of family law cases. Aaron’s legal experience provides him with a unique understanding of how to best manage a case and fight for you within the family law system. 

Aaron intentionally identifies and addresses issues that underlie client’s cases to ensure they reach a final resolution that is positive for his clients. His diverse legal experiences is what allows him to dig to the root of a problem. This does not take away from the importance of recognizing each case’s unique and complex nature. 

Aaron actively works to empower his clients to find resolutions to their current issues, keeping in mind the very real impact each and every step the legal process may have. Aaron defines his success by each client’s individual needs. Through direct interaction and honest discussion, he helps clients understand their legal options and identifies the best way to achieve their desired outcomes.
