Hannah Smet

Attorney Hannah Smet earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in History and Gender & Women’s Studies, as well as a minor in African Studies. Upon graduation, she attended William Mitchell College of Law (now known as Mitchell Hamline), where she worked as an intern with the Dakota County Child Support Agency, as well as served as a volunteer through the Family Law Clinic. Attorney Smet earned her Juris Doctorate degree in December of 2015, and shortly thereafter began her practice in the Fox Valley.

    

While completing her law degree, Attorney Smet began her career locally as an intern at a general practice law office in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and later as an Associate Attorney handling a diverse caseload including Landlord/Tenant, Real Estate, and Family Law. Immediately, Attorney Smet gravitated toward her Family Law cases and clients, realizing her passion lies in serving clients going through the difficult process of divorce. Since 2020, Attorney Smet has shifted her practice to solely focus on Family Law matters, from mediation to trial litigation, and everything in between.

Attorney Hannah Smet is ready to serve our Fox Valley clients and is located in our Appleton, Wisconsin office.
