Hayley M. Hetherington

Attorney Hayley M. Hetherington earned her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and European Studies from Vanderbilt University. She then obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. During her time in law school, she served as a Law Clerk for the Monroe County Circuit Court and also served as Managing Editor for the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality.

Attorney Hetherington has been practicing civil litigation in Wisconsin for the past several years, and family law stands out as her passion. Attorney Hetherington is a good listener, an educated counselor, and a fierce advocate. She is known for her compassion for clients and the way she works with them to make a plan that achieves their goals and takes the anxiety out of the court process.

When she is not in the office, Attorney Hetherington enjoys spending time with her family, trying new board games, and participating in the local Madison arts community.
